This is Allah (6) how Allah introduces Himself

Does Allah Sleep? No! Never Ever

Allah did not sleep, does not sleep, shall not sleep, will not sleep. Never Ever

What is the beginning of Allah?

Has Allah a beginning? He has neither beginning nor end.

Does Slumber seize Allah?

Allah is the Everlasting and the Eternal Sustainer, Slumber does not seize Him.

Do the Angels or anyone save Allah know when the Day of Judgment is?

The angels and/or anyone save Allah do not know when will be the Day of Judgment.

Many people do not know Allah.

This series is an attempt to help them in order to know and acknowledge their Almighty Creator.

In verse 2:255 of the Noble Quran, Allah made it simple for man to know Him.

He introduces himself and says:

Allah is the One, the Living, the Everlasting, and the Eternal Sustainer, Who has no beginning.

There is no God save Him; there is none worthy of being worshipped in all existence, except Him.

Slumber does not seize Him, neither sleep.  His throne subsumes the heavens and the earth.

The meaning of verse 2:255 of the Noble Quran

In this verse, Allah made it simple for man to know Him. He introduces himself and says:

Allah, There is no God save Him, there is none worthy of being worshipped in all existence, except Him, the Living, the Everlasting, the Eternal Sustainer, Who dies not, the Self-existent Who has no beginning; the One constantly engaged in the management of His creation.  Slumber does not seize Him, neither sleep.

to Him belongs all that is in the heavens of angels and all that is in the earth of created beings, as possessions, creatures and servants; Who is he that intercedes with Him from amongst the dwellers of the heavens and the earth on the Day of Judgment save by His leave? Except by His command?  Who is there, that is to say, none is there, that shall intercede with Him save by His leave?, in this for him. He knows what lies before them, that is, creation, and what is after them, of the affairs of this world and the Hereafter; and they encompass nothing of His knowledge, that is, they know nothing of what He knows, save such as He wills, to inform of it by way of His messengers. The angels know nothing of the Hereafter or of the life of this world save that which Allah has taught them.

His throne subsumes the heavens and the earth, it is said that His knowledge encompasses them both; it is also said that the preserving of the heavens and the earth, wearies Him not, does not burden Him; He is the Sublime, above His creation by virtue of His subjugation of them, He is the Tremendous, the Great.

Verse 2:255 in different English translations:

QARIB:

Allah, there is no god except he, the living, the everlasting. Neither dozing, nor sleep overtakes him. to him belongs all that is in the heavens and the earth. Who is he that shall intercede with him except by his permission! he knows what will be before their hands and what was behind them, and they do not comprehend anything of his knowledge except what he willed. His seat embraces the heavens and the earth, and the preserving of them does not weary him. he is the high, the great.

SHAKIR:

Allah is he besides whom there is no god, the everliving, the self-subsisting by whom all subsist; slumber does not overtake him nor sleep; whatever is in the heavens and whatever is in the earth is his; who is he that can intercede with him but by his permission? he knows what is before them and what is behind them, and they cannot comprehend anything out of his knowledge except what he pleases, his knowledge extends over the heavens and the earth, and the preservation of them both tires him not, and he is the most high, the great

PICKTHAL:

Allah! There is no deity save him, the alive, the eternal. Neither slumber nor sleep overtaketh him. Unto him belongeth whatsoever is in the heavens and whatsoever is in the earth. who is he that intercedeth with him save by his leave? he knoweth that which is in front of them and that which is behind them, while they encompass nothing of his knowledge save what he will. his throne includeth the heavens and the earth, and he is never weary of preserving them. he is the sublime, the tremendous.

YUSUFALI:

Allah! There is no god but he,-the living, the self-subsisting, eternal. No slumber can seize him nor sleep. His are all things in the heavens and on earth. Who is there can intercede in his presence except as he permitteth? he knoweth what (appeareth to his creatures as) before or after or behind them. Nor shall they compass aught of his knowledge except as he willeth. His throne doth extend over the heavens and the earth, and he feeleth no fatigue in guarding and preserving them for he is the most high, the supreme (in glory).

Chapter 6 of the Quran (68) was Satan a Partner?

It is narrated that the atheists claimed that Allah and Satan were two brothers and partners; that Allah was the creator of human beings, beasts and cattle whereas Satan was the creator of vipers, predatory animals and scorpions. However, Allah is the Originator of the heavens and the earth, which He originated uniquely without precedent.

——————————————-

It is well kown that Satan is but jinn.

Jinn in Arabic means invisible.

It is narrated that the atheists claimed that Allah and Satan were two brothers and partners; that Allah was the creator of human beings, beasts and cattle whereas Satan was the creator of vipers, predatory animals and scorpions. This is the claim of the Magians

Hence Allah revealed the verse 6:100

Ayah 6:100 says:

They ascribe the jinn to Allah as associates even though He created the jinn: so how can they be associates?

And they falsely invent and impute to Allah sons and daughters without any knowledge or proof, saying that Jesus is the son of God, and the Angels are the daughters of Allah.

Glory be to Allah and exalted be He above what they describe!, of Him having a son (s), daughters and/ or partner(s).

Ayah 6:101 says:

Allah is the Originator of the heavens and the earth, which He originated uniquely without precedent. How should He have a son, when He has no spouse, and He created everything, that was meant to be created, and He has knowledge of all things?

The verses 6:100-101 in different translations

QARIB:

100) yet they regard the jinn as the partners of Allah, although He created them, and without knowledge ascribe to Him sons and daughters. Exaltations to Him! He is above what they describe.

101) He is the creator of the heavens and the earth. How can He have a son when He had no female companion? He created all things and has knowledge of all things.

SHAKIR:

100) and they make the jinn associates with Allah, while He created them, and they falsely attribute to him sons and daughters without knowledge; glory be to Him, and highly exalted is He above what they ascribe (to Him)

101) wonderful originator of the heavens and the earth! How could He have a son when He has no consort, and He (Himself) created everything, and He is the knower of all things?

PICKTHAL:

100) yet they ascribe as partners unto Him the jinn, although He did create them, and impute falsely, without knowledge, sons and daughters unto Him. Glorified be He and high exalted above (all) that they ascribe (unto Him).

101) the originator of the heavens and the earth! How can He have a child, when there is for him no consort, when He created all things and is aware of all things?

YUSUFALI:

100) yet they make the jinns equals with Allah, though Allah did create the jinns; and they falsely, having no knowledge, attribute to Him sons and daughters. Praise and glory be to him! (For He is) above what they attribute to Him!

101) to Him is due the primal origin of the heavens and the earth: how can He have a son when He hath no consort? He created all things, and he hath full knowledge of all things.
