Chapter 6 of the Quran (1) Allah is the oft-forgiving

Although the creation of heavens and the earth is one of the proofs of Allah’s Oneness; however, the disbelievers deny the Resurrection. Nevertheless, the One who has initiated your creation is even more capable of bringing you back to life after death.

Chapter six of the Quran is composed of 165 Ayah.

Ayah is an Arabic word that means verse in English; however, the meaning of Ayah is superior to verse.

A verse means a single metrical line in a poetic composition; one line of poetry. Ayah means a sign that indicates the presence of a Supreme Doer.

Chapter six begins with praising Allah, who created the heavens and the earth and it ends with the fact that Allah is indeed oft-forgiving and most merciful.

In this new series, Chapter six is exhibited Ayah by Ayah.

Ayah 1 says:

All praise and gratitude were to Allah who created the heavens and the earth and He appointed and created the darknesses and light. Although the creation of heavens and the earth is one of the proofs of His Oneness; however, the disbelievers ascribe equals to their Creator, they worship others equally.

Ayah 2 says:

It is Allah Who created you from clay i.e. from Adam and Adam was created from clay.

Then He decreed a term, for each of you, at the conclusion of which you die.

Each term for each of you, is stated, fixed with Him, for your resurrection;

Yet after that you, O disbelievers, doubt, you were uncertain about the Resurrection.

But, the fact is that, the One who has initiated your creation is even more capable of bringing you back to life after death.

Allah knows the term of the Hereafter: therein there is no death or evanescence.
