Chapter 6 of the Quran (80) The Quran is the Perfect Word of Allah

The Quran is the Perfect word of your Lord in the way of its command and prohibitions, truth and justice. It is explaining fully the lawful and the unlawful and it has prescribed that His followers shall triumph on the Day of Judgment and in the Afterlife.

——————————————-

In the previous article, all the prophets have their enemies of men and jinn.

The Prophet Muhammad was not an exception.

The Prophet Muhammad and his followers have the Quran; that is the Word of Allah and the unbelievers have their fine varnished speech that leads the people astray.

Now; which of which we have to follow?

Allah commanded his Prophet Muhammad and his followers to say:

1)    Shall we worship as God other than Allah?

2)    Shall we seek for judge other than Allah?

Shall we do that when Allah has revealed unto us the His perfect Word, the Quran.

Ayah 6:115 says:

The Quran is the Perfect word of your Lord in the way of rulings

The Quran is the Perfect word of your Lord; it is explaining fully the lawful and the unlawful.

The Quran is the Perfect word of your Lord in the way of its command and prohibitions

The Quran is the Perfect word of your Lord in the way of its truth and justice.

The Quran is the Perfect word; it has prescribed that His followers shall triumph on the Day of Judgment and in the Afterlife.

Nothing can change His words about His giving help to His followers.

None can change His words by contravening His rulings and

None can change His words by evading His appointed terms.

It is also said that this means: the religion of your Lord is now manifest, people truthfully believe that it is Allah’s religion.

Always remember that Allah is the Hearer of their speech and of what they said.

Always remember that Allah is the Hearer of their fine varnished speech that the unbelievers use to lead the people astray.

Always remember that Allah is the Knower of them and of what they have done.

Always remember that Allah is the Knower of them;

He knows that they do not believe in the Day of Judgment and Afterlife;

They deny the fact that they will be punished for what they are acquiring of sins on the Day of Judgment although it is the absolute truth.

The verse 6:115 in different translations

QARIB:

Perfected are the words of your lord in truth and justice, none can change his words. he is the hearing, the knowing.

SHAKIR:

And the word of your lord has been accomplished truly and justly; there is none who can change his words, and he is the hearing, the knowing

PICKTHAL:

Perfected is the word of thy lord in truth and justice. there is naught that can change his words. he is the hearer, the knower.

YUSUFALI:

The word of thy lord doth find its fulfilment in truth and in justice: none can change his words: for he is the one who heareth and knoweth all.

Chapter 6 of the Quran (79) the Jews and Christians Know Muhammad

The Quran declares that the Jews who have knowledge of the genuine Torah and the Christians who have knowledge of the genuine Gospel know that Muhammad is the Last Prophet Allah has sent; and that the Quran is the absolute truth.

——————————————-

In the previous article, the enemies of the Prophets use the varnished speech to attack the Prophets and the Riligion.

But, who listen to this fine varnished speech? Those who do not believe in the Day of Judgment and Afterlife; they do not recognize the fact that they will be punished for what they are acquiring of sins on the Day of Judgment although it is the absolute truth.

Now, we have the Quran; it is the Word of Allah and we have the fine varnished speech of the unbelievers; which of which one has to follow?

Ayah 6:114 says:

Then, say to them, O Muhammad:

1)    shall I obey as Lord other than Allah

2)    shall I worship as God other than Allah

3)    Shall I seek for judge other than Allah?

Shall I do that when Allah has revealed unto you this fully explained Scripture, the Quran through the intermediary of the Angel Gabriel?

The Quran is explaining fully the lawful and the unlawful.

It is also said: the Quran is revealed in instalments, a few verses on each occasion.

The verse says that those unto whom Allah gave the Scripture, the Torah and the Gospel.

Those to whom Allah have given knowledge of the Torah are certain on the basis of their Scripture that the Quran is revealed from your Lord in truth.

An example of those who have knowledge of the Torah is ‘Abdullah Ibn Salam; he was one of the top Jewish Rabbis and he embraced Islam.

[Examples of the ex- Christian Priests who embraced Islam are found in the appendix].

So do not be O Muhammad of the waverers, of those who doubt that they might not know this.

Surely, the Jews who have knowledge of the Torah and the Christians who have knowledge of the Gospel know that you are the Last Prophet Allah sent.  This is intended to affirm to the disbelievers that the Quran is the absolute truth.

The verse 6:114 in different translations

QARIB:

Should I seek a judge other than Allah when it is he who has sent down the well distinguished book for you? Those to whom we have given the book know that it is the truth sent down from your lord, so do not be among the doubters.

SHAKIR:

Shall I then seek a judge other than Allah? And he it is who has revealed to you the book (which is) made plain; and those whom we have given the book know that it is revealed by your lord with truth, therefore you should not be of the disputers

PICKTHAL:

Shall I seek other than Allah for judge, when he it is who hath revealed unto you (this) scripture, fully explained? Those unto whom we gave the scripture (aforetime) know that it is revealed from thy lord in truth. so be not thou (o muhammad) of the waverers.

YUSUFALI:

Say: “shall I seek for judge other than Allah? – when he it is who hath sent unto you the book, explained in detail.” they know full well, to whom we have given the book, that it hath been sent down from thy lord in truth. Never be then of those who doubt.

Those who do not believe in the Day of Judgment and Afterlife listen to and follow such fine varnished speech.

Chapter 50 of the Quran (17) the Jews: God Rested on Sabbath

The Prophet Muhammad answered the Jews: Allah has created the heavens and the earth and all that is between them in six days. The Jews said: ‘you would have answered correctly, if you added: and then He rested on the seventh day, the Sabbath’. Upon hearing that, the Prophet Muhammad was furious. Then, this verse was revealed.

——————————————-

The verse 50:38 says:

And verily Allah has created the heavens and the earth, and all that is between them of created beings and marvels, in six days and neither weariness nor fatigue has touched Him.

The background of this verse:

This verse was revealed as a refutation of the Jews’ claim that God rested on the Saturday.

The prohibition of weariness and or fatigue in Allah case is absolute on account of His transcending of the attributes of creatures and the non-existence of any contiguity between Him and other beings:

His command, when He wills a thing, is just to say to it ‘Be’, and it is [See the verse 36:82].

Al-Hasan and Qatadah (two Muslim scholars) said:

The Jews said: ‘Allah created the creation in six days and rested on the seventh, Saturday’, which they call the Sabbath, and so Allah, exalted is He, revealed this verse”:

“And verily We created the heavens and the earth, and all that is between them, in six Days, and naught of weariness touched Us”

Ibn ‘Abbas (a great Muslim scholar) said:

“The Jews came to the Prophet Muhammad and asked him about the creation of the heavens and earth.

He said to them: Allah has created the heavens and the earth and all that is between them in six days.

The Jews said: ‘you would have answered correctly, if you added: and then He rested on the seventh day, the Sabbath’.

Upon hearing that, the Prophet Muhammad was furious.

Then the verse (50: 39) was revealed.

It says that Allah created the heavens and the earth, and all that is between them, in six Days of the days of the beginning of the life of the world,

Each day is equivalent to 1,000 years of our present days.

The Jews say that each day is equivalent to our present day i.e. it is 24 hours.

And naught of weariness touched Allah

Allah was not tired as claimed by the Jews who said: when Allah finished the creation of the heavens and earth, he rested on Saturday.

One Muslim scholar said:

The enemies of the Almighty Creator have lied against their Great Creator.
