Atheists in Quran (50) think about Earth’s Rotation

The Quran talks about Earth’s rotation saying:

Have you considered, if Allah were to make the night everlasting over you until the Day of Resurrection? Who is a god beside Allah who could bring you light? Moreover,

What would you think if Allah made daylight everlasting for you until the Day of Judgment without night? Who is a god beside Allah who could bring you night?

———————————

Earth’s rotation is the rotation of the Earth around its own axis. The Earth rotates from the west towards the east in counter-clockwise movement.

The Earth rotates once in about 24 hours with respect to the sun.

Earth’s Rotation is the cause Day and Night.

Half of the Earth is daylight while, at the same time, the other half is dark night.

Watch this video of “Day and Night and Earth’s Rotation”

Now let us see how the Quran has dealt with this scientific knowledge since more than 1400 years ago.

The Quran declares many times that Allah, the Almighty Creator, created the Earth.

Allah gave the Earth its features that causes seasons, night and day, earthquake, volcanic eruptions, fertile soil, Desertification etc.

The Earth submits totally to Allah’s will.

Allah commanded the Earth to rotate around its own axis from the west towards the east once in about 24 hours and the Earth obeyed.

What if Allah commands the Earth to stop its rotation around its axis?

What if Allah orders the Earth: Stop Rotation?

In this case,

  • Half of the Earth that is facing the sun will be eternally daylight
  • The other half will be eternally dark night

The verses 28:71-72 of the Noble Quran talk about this issue.

The verses take the Atheists and unbelievers on a round presenting them with scenes of the universe. The verses alert them to two great universal signs.

The daily two alternative miracles

In the physical world the Night and the Day are both blessings, the one for rest and the other for work, and the alternation itself is one of the mercies of Allah, and none but Allah can give us these blessings.

Because of their long familiarity with the succession of night and day, people forget their ever-renewing status. Rarely do they admire the sunrise or sunset, and only rarely do they reflect thoughtfully on the spreading of the day or the darkening that ushers in the night. They do not reflect on the act of grace that brings their succession with all that it involves of mercy and life renewal. The Quran alerts them from the long familiarity that blunts their senses and invites them to reflect on these great universal scenes. It presents them with the possibility of either the night or the day lasting forever, and the terrible consequences of either eventuality.

It is a fact that people seldom appreciate things until they lose them.

The meanings of the verses 28:71-72

Say, to them, O Muhammad: ‘Have you considered, if Allah were to make the night everlasting over you until the Day of Resurrection, what god other than Allah, could bring you daylight during which you could earn a living?

Will you not then listen to this in a way to understand it, and so repent and submit to Allah?

Will you not then hear?

Will you not obey He who made the day and the night for you?

People miss the light of day when the winter nights become a little longer, and cannot wait for the bright sun when it disappears for a few hours behind clouds. What will they do then if they lose its light completely, with the night stretching perpetually over their world?

This question supposes that they will remain alive in such an eventuality, when all life is in peril unless daylight is forthcoming.

Moreover,

Say also to them, O Muhammad: what do you think if Allah made daylight everlasting for you until the Day of Judgment without night, who is a god other than Allah who could, bring you night wherein you rest from any weariness?

Will you not then see the error you are upon when you do not believe and so repent of it.

Will you not believe He Who made the day and the night for you?

People look for the shade when the hours of day stretch and become very hot, and they look forward to the coming of the night when the days stretch longer in the summer. They enjoy their repose and rest in the night. All creatures need the night when they can renew the energy they spend during the day. What would happen to them then, should they remain alive, if the day is endlessly perpetuated until the Day of Judgment?

Indeed, all life could perish in a day that never ends.

The verses 28:71-72 in different translations:

QARIB:

71-Say: ‘think! What if Allah should enshroud you in unceasing night till the day of resurrection, what god, other than Allah, shall bring you light! Will you not hear?’

72-Say: ‘what would you think if Allah should make the day unceasing over you till the day of resurrection, what god, other than Allah, shall bring you the night to sleep in. will you not see? ‘

SHAKIR:

71-Say: tell me, if Allah were to make the night to continue incessantly on you till the day of resurrection, who is the god besides Allah that could bring you light? Do you not then hear?

72-Say: tell me, if Allah were to make the day to continue incessantly on you till the day of resurrection, who is the god besides Allah that could bring you the night in which you take rest? Do you not then see?

PICKTHAL:

71-Say: have ye thought, if Allah made night everlasting for you till the day of resurrection, who is a god beside Allah who could bring you light? Will ye not then hear?

72-Say: have ye thought, if Allah made day everlasting for you till the day of resurrection, who is a god beside Allah who could bring you night wherein ye rest? Will ye not then see?

YUSUFALI:

71-Say: see ye? If Allah were to make the night perpetual over you to the day of judgment, what god is there other than Allah, who can give you enlightenment? Will ye not then hearken?

72-Say: see ye? if Allah were to make the day perpetual over you to the day of judgment, what god is there other than Allah, who can give you a night in which ye can rest? Will ye not then see?

Atheists in Quran (42) Eighth Wonder or great Miracle

The Atheists and unbelievers claim that Muhammad forged the Quran. Do you accept that an Arabic illiterate man challenged many generations of the entire Humankind and knock them out and still He does? If you accept that, then you have to honor Muhammad because He achieved the Eighth Wonders of the World.

———————————

In the previous articles,

  1. Allah challenged the entire Humankind to produce a Quran like the one revealed and when they have failed,
  2. Allah challenged them to produce ten Surah similar to the Quran.  When the entire Humankind have failed,
  3. Allah challenged the entire Humankind to produce only ONE Surah similar to the Quran.

No book on the face of Earth save the Quran contains such a gradually decreasing order of this unique Challenge.

Has anyone ever heard about a book that challenges the entire humankind to produce it or ten chapters like it or even one chapter like it? Nay! Only the Quran does.

To Whom It May Concern, one Surah (chapter) of the Quran may contain 15 Arabic words.

It is really one of the great wonder that has two opposing PERMANENT

1)    The PERMANENT challenge that aged more than 1400 years

2)    The PERMANENT inability of the entire human beings to cope with it.

Think about how many generations after generations proved their inability to cope with it.

Let us think together peacefully.

Allah declares that the Quran is His book

The Atheists and unbelievers claim that Muhammad forged the Quran.

Well, Muhammad is an Arabic illiterate man who existed more than 1400 years ago.

Do you accept that an Arabic illiterate man challenges many generations of the entire Humankind and knock them out?

Rationality, none will accept that.

However, if you accept that, then you have to honor Muhammad; we know that there are Seven Wonders of the World; Is this the Eighth Wonder?

Contrariwise, if the Quran is really the Book of Allah and Allah challenges the entire Humankind to produce a Surah like it (just 15 Arabic words); then there must be an essential pillar for this Permanent challenge.

Essential pillar for the challenge

If the Quran is man-made, then man can produce a Surah like it.

If the Quran is fabricated, then man can fabricate a Surah like it.

If the Quran is neither man-made nor fabricated and it is Allah’s Book but it happened at any time through the last 1400 years that the Quran suffers:

  • Corruption,
  • Change,
  • Substitution,
  • Distortion,
  • Additions,
  • Omissions

In this case, the challenge will be beatable and man can produce a Surah like it.

Hence, for the challenge to be unbeatable, Allah is preserving the Quran.

Preservation of the Quran

Allah promised that He would preserve the Quran

“It is We Ourselves who have bestowed this reminder from on high, and it is We who shall preserve it intact.” (Verse 15:9)

When we look today, after the passage of many centuries, at the fulfilment of Allah’s promise to preserve the Quran, we see a great miracle testifying to the fact that it is Allah’s book.

We see that the circumstances and situations that the Quran has endured over the centuries could not have left it intact, suffering no change of even

  • A single Surah,
  • A single verse,
  • A single sentence,
  • A single word, or
  • A single letter

Could this happen without the interference of the superior power?

That power, which is greater than all situations, keeping it pure from any change or distortion.

It is the power of Allah, your Almighty Creator.

At the time of the Prophet Muhammad, this promise to preserve the Quran intact sounded a mere promise. Today, however, after all these great events and long centuries, it is indeed a great miracle confirming the indisputable fact that the Quran is but Allah’s book. No one disputes this fact except a stubborn, ignorant fool.

“It is We Ourselves who have bestowed this reminder from on high, and it is We who shall preserve it intact.” (Verse 9)

The purity of the text of the Quran through fourteen centuries is a token of the eternal care with which Allah’s Truth is guarded through all ages.

All corruptions, inventions, and accretions pass away, but Allah’s pure and holy Truth will never suffer eclipse even though the whole world mocked at it and were bent on destroying it.

Do you know that there is only one Arabic Quran all over the world; the Quran in Africa = the Quran in Europe = The Quran in America = the Quran in Asia without any change of even one word!

Do you know that a kid of 6-10 years old can recite by heart the entire Quran without looking at it; and this is one of the methods Allah is preserving His Book.

Furthermore, in the verse 15:9, Allah names the Quran “Reminder”

The Quran reminds you with your Creator, your outcome in the Afterlife etc.

How you acknowledge all of that?

By comparing all of the above features of the Quran with the Bible’s features.

———————————

The verse 15:9 in different translations:

QARIB:

It is We who sent down the Koran, and We watch over it.

SHAKIR:

Surely, we have revealed the reminder and we will most surely be its guardian

PICKTHAL:

Lo! We, even we, reveal the reminder, and lo! We verily are its guardian.

YUSUFALI:

We have, without doubt, sent down the message; and we will assuredly guard it (from corruption).

Atheists in Quran (34) Muhammad and their Evil Eyes

The Atheists Arabs hired some famous Enviers who had very harmful evil eyes.to hurt Muhammad but they… Then they claimed that Muhammad is mad and possessed because of reciting the Quran.

Allah’s swear that Muhammad is neither mad nor possessed because of reciting the Quran.

Which one you go with? Allah’s swear or the Atheists Arabs’ claim?

Then again, why you every human being is involved in this issue?

———————————

The Arabic name of Chapter (Surah) 68 of the Noble Quran is “AL-QALAM”

AL-QALAM = THE PEN

In the first verse of the Surah, Allah swears by the Pen.

Allah swears by what they wrote, write and shall write by the pen to deny Muhammad.

About what has Allah sworn by the Pen?

The verses 68:2-4 tell us that:

Allah swears by the Pen that Muhammad:

  • Is neither mad nor possessed (because of reciting the Quran)
  • Is of great morality, tremendous nature and has the best standard of human characters
  • Shall have a reward that is never to be cut off

This Allah’s swear is a great testimony in favor of the last Prophet Muhammad.

This Allah’s swear = the witness of the Almighty Creator who creates the unlimited universe.

This is the witness of the Almighty Creator

Now, let us see the witness of some of Allah’s creatures about Muhammad and the Quran.

Let us go back in the History for 1400 years ago (The verses 68:51-52)

We are now in the Holy Mosque, Al-Kaaba, in Makkah

See Al-Kaaba today and yesterday in these videos

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iFSzGQLEd8U

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-1YQbMDLG6g

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zIfAFKeCDMo

We see the ignorant Atheists, unbelievers and idolaters among the Arabs.

They could not resist the great effects that essentially happen upon hearing the Quran.

They know that Muslims have embraced Islam and believed in Muhammad just upon hearing the recited Quran

The notables Atheists and the unbelievers’ leaders put a nasty plan.

They hired some famous Enviers in order to envy the Prophet Muhammad by their very harmful evil eyes.

They hired the Enviers to hurt Muhammad.

They gave them a lot of money to accomplish such a nasty mission.

What was the qualifications of the hired Enviers?

Upon they concentrated looking at something for a while:

  • One of the hired Enviers claimed that he can split a big solid rock into two halves
  • Another Envier claimed that Muhammad will slip and fall on the ground and his bones will be broken into pieces
  • A third Envier claimed that Muhammad will be sick and he will never get out of bed until he died
  • Etc.

Well, their target was to smite and strike Muhammad down with their glances.

On the other hand, the Prophet Muhammad used to recite the Quran in the Holy Mosque, Al-Kaaba, in Makkah in an attempt to spread Allah’s message unto the visitors of Al-Kaaba.

The Enviers kept looking at the Prophet Muhammad by their very harmful evil eyes for many hours.

Nothing happened to the Prophet Muhammad.

Allah protected his messenger from the Evil eyes of the Enviers

The notables and leaders’ plan failed!

Then what?

Many of the Arabs used to come every day from all over the Arabia to visit Al-Kaaba.

They certainly will hear the Prophet Muhammad reciting the Quran.

The notables and leaders were afraid of the great effects that essentially happen upon hearing the Quran by the visitors of Al-Kaaba

Then what they have to say about the Prophet Muhammad

They agreed to say to the visitors of Al-Kaaba that Muhammad is but a mad and possessed man

This is not a historical story for entertainment

This story is for you and for every human being all over the world

You have two witnesses:

Allah’s witness = Muhammad is neither mad nor possessed because of reciting the Quran.

Atheists Arabs’ witness = Muhammad mad and possessed because of reciting the Quran.

Which one you go with?

Then again, why you and every human being is involved in this story?

Because:

The Quran = Allah’s message to the entire world.

Allah is warning everyone: if someone hears about the existence of Muhammad and the Quran and he disbelieves in them, then he/she will dwell in the Eternal Hell in the Afterlife

It is interesting that Allah gives herein two names for the Quran:

A Reminder for all the worlds

Allah’s Favor to humankind

Then again, is it a moral way or a scientific conduct to judge about the Quran without reading it?

In fact, about 99% of the Quran deniers have no idea about the Quran and the other 1% of the Quran deniers know for sure that it is the Absolute Truth but they hide that in order not to lose their wealth and their power.

Nevertheless, some of that 1% could not resist anymore and they embraced Islam and announced their new faith.

To realize that, Google search how many Jews, Catholic Priests and orientalists embraced Islam?

———————————

The verses 68:1-4 in different translations:

QARIB:

1-4) Noon. By the pen and that (the angels) write, you are not, because of the favor of your Lord, mad. Indeed, there is an unfailing wage for you. Surely, you (Prophet Muhammad) are of a great morality.

SHAKIR:

1-4) Noon. I swear by the pen and what the angels write, by the grace of your Lord you are not mad. And most surely you shall have a reward never to be cut off. And most surely you conform (yourself) to sublime morality

PICKTHAL:

1-4) Nun. By the pen and that which they write (therewith), thou art not, for thy Lord’s favor unto thee, a madman. And lo! thine verily will be a reward unfailing. And lo! Thou art of a tremendous nature.

YUSUFALI:

1-4) Nun. By the pen and the (record) which (men) write,- thou art not, by the grace of thy Lord, mad or possessed. Nay, verily for thee is a reward unfailing: and thou (standest) on an exalted standard of character.

———————————

The verses 68:51-52 in different translations:

QARIB:

51-52) When the unbelievers hear the reminder, they nearly strike you down with their glances, and say: ‘surely, he is mad! ‘ But it is nothing other than a reminder for all the worlds.

SHAKIR:

51-52) And those who disbelieve would almost smite you with their eyes when they hear the reminder, and they say: most surely he is mad And it is naught but a reminder to the nations

PICKTHAL:

51-52) And lo! Those who disbelieve would fain disconcert thee with their eyes when they hear the reminder, and they say: lo! He is indeed mad; When it is naught else than a reminder to creation.

YUSUFALI:

51-52) And the unbelievers would almost trip thee up with their eyes when they hear the message; and they say: “surely he is possessed!” But it is nothing less than a message to all the worlds.

Angels in Islam (34) who knows their number?

Can anyone tell how many Angels has Allah created? Only one knows the answer

———————————-

How many visitors of Kaaba?

It is said that the maximum number of visitors of Kaaba that is present in Makkah is 15 million in a year

The range is between 5-15 million/year

So, at the maximum, there are 15 million Muslims who are able to visit the Allah’s Holy Home in a year; they go there, following Abraham’s recommendation, to glorify Allah and announce his oneness.

Have a look at this videos

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KGukAoiGhZU

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eXUCEcDqTCc

Well, this is for the believers among mankind

What about the Angels?

There is also Holy House in the highest Heavens that Allah only knows where it is.

This Holy House is called the “Much-Frequented House”.

It is well known that the Prophet Muhammad saw this “Much-Frequented House”.

Upon describing it, the Prophet Muhammad said:

“Then I was taken up to the Much-Frequented House: every day seventy thousand angels visit it and leave, never returning to it again, another [group] coming after them.”

It follows that the Angels are regularly and persistently visiting their Holy House in the highest Heavens every day.

But the thing is, the Angels are visiting their Holy House daily in groups, each group is composed of 70,000 Angels.

Each group of Angels is allowed to visit their Holy House only once.

This means that 25,550,000 (more than 25 million) Angels are visiting their Holy House every day and they never return to it again.

The Angels visit their Holy House to glorify Allah and announce his oneness.

The Angels do that from day one of creation of the universe.

According to research, the universe is approximately 13.8 billion years old

Assuming that this value is correct,

It follows that 352,590,000000,000000 Angels have visited their Holy House up till now.

This shows that about 253 Quadrillion Angels have visited their Holy House up till now; however, there are many more waiting their turn to visit in their predetermined day.

(N.B. Quadrillion = 1000 Trillion)

Now, can anyone tell me how many Angels has Allah created?

Only one knows the answer

The answer is found in the verse 74:31 of the Noble Quran

The verse 74:31 in different translations:

QARIB: …none knows the hosts of your Lord except he (Allah)…

SHAKIR: …and none knows the hosts of your Lord but he himself (Allah)…

PICKTHAL: …none knoweth the hosts of thy Lord save him (Allah)…

YUSUFALI: …and none can know the forces of thy Lord, except he (Allah)…
