Atheists in Quran (41) come here if you are honest

In the previous two articles, Allah challenges the entire Humankind to produce a Quran like the one revealed and when they have failed Allah challenged them to produce ten Surah similar to the Quran.  When the entire Humankind have failed, Allah is challenging them in this article to produce only ONE Surah similar to the Quran.

However, this intellectual Linguistic challenge has never ever met.

The smart reader may acknowledge such a scientifically gradually decreasingorder of this unique Challenge

In the previous article (Atheists in Quran -39- a Linguistic Challenge for them), Allah challenges the entire Humankind to produce a Quran like the one revealed and when they have failed Allah challenged them to produce ten Surah similar to the Quran (See the article Atheists in Quran -40- the Challenge they could not cope with).  When the entire Humankind have failed to produce ten Surah similar to the Quran, Allah is challenging them, in this article, to produce only ONE Surah similar to the Quran

However, this intellectual Linguistic challenge has never ever met.

The smart reader may acknowledge such a scientifically gradually decreasing order of this unique Challenge.

In the verses 10:37-38 we have Allah’s testimony that

  • Muhammad has not forged the Quran
  • The Quran is Allah’s message to humankind

However, the prideful Atheists and unbelievers claim that the Quran is an invented book.

Well, are they sure? Are they trustful?

Allah put for them a simple method to prove that they are trustful and honest in their claim.

What is this simple method?

Produce, then, one Surah like it.

However, what if they cannot?

Can they seek help of friends and resources?

Yes, they can seek the help and resources of the entire Humankind.

Cannot they beat this very simple challenge?

It is impossible to achieve this target; they and the entire Humankind cannot produce one Surah.

Then what? Then before they claim that Muhammad has invented the Quran they have to show us one Surah like it or

Or what?

Or, they are untruthful and dishonest

The verses 10:37-38 say:

“This Quran could not have been devised by anyone other than Allah. It is a confirmation of [revelations] that went before it, and a full explanation of Allah’s Book, about which there is no doubt. It certainly comes from the Lord of the entire worlds. If they say: He (Muhammad) has invented it,’ say: ‘Produce, then, one Surah like it, and call for help on all you can other than Allah, if what you say is true.’

“This Quran could not have been devised by anyone other than Allah.” Why? Because the Quran has many features like for example:

  • Such unique characteristics of topic and expression; such perfection of order and harmony;
  • Such completeness of the faith it preaches and the enigma for human life it lays down;
  • Such a thorough concept of the nature of 1) Godhead, 2) the life of this world (and the Afterlife), 3) human beings, 4) the universe, 5) etc. Such a thorough concept of the nature of all of that could never have been designed by anyone other than Allah.

Only Allah is able to combine all this, because He is the One who knows:

  • The beginnings of all things
  • The ends of all things
  • The apparent and the hidden.

No one else can devise a system that is perfect, free of shortcomings and based on perfect knowledge.

In addition, the Quran confirms all the revelations and Scriptures given to earlier messengers. It confirms the original faith outlined by those messages and the good things they advocated. It is the same Book, outlining the same message preached by all messengers; that is = there is no god save Allah

It is the Book about which there is no doubt.

It certainly comes from the Lord of the entire worlds..

This is an assertion that the Quran could never have been fabricated or attributed falsely to Allah.

It is indeed a revelation by ‘the Lord of all the worlds.’

Having stated the truth about the Quran, the verses speaks of a certain possibility

The possibility that Muhammad has invented the Quran

If they say that Muhammad has invented the Quran, let them then mobilize their resources and invent a single Surah like it, if they can.

“Say: ‘Produce, then, one Surah like it, and call for help on all you can besides Allah, if what you say is true.’“

Herein, we have two PERMANENT issues:

  • First, the challenge, and
  • Second, their inability to cope with it

The challenge is permanent, as is their inability to meet it. It continues for the rest of time and no one will ever be able to meet it. Anyone who appreciates the strength, beauty and artistic expression of the Arabic language will recognize that the Quranic style is unique, and that no human being could produce anything similar to it. So will those who study human social systems and legal principles. If they study the system laid down in the Quran, they will realize that its approach to the organization of the human community is unique.

It is not merely the incomparability of the Quranic style and mode of expression; instead the absolutely miraculous nature of the Quran is easily recognized by experts in diverse disciplines such as language, society, law, psychology, sciences, embryology, Medicine, etc.

No wonder then that many Rabbi and Priests and the top scientists have embraced Islam just upon reading few verses of the Quran.

The verses 10:37-38 in different translations:

QARIB:

37-This Koran could not have been forged by other than Allah. it confirms what was before it; a distinguishing book, in which there is no doubt, from the Lord of all the worlds.

38-Do they say: ‘he has forged it’. say: ‘compose one chapter like it, and call upon whom you will, other than Allah (to help you), if what you say is true! ‘

SHAKIR:

37-And this Quran is not such as could be forged by those besides Allah, but it is a verification of that which is before it and a clear explanation of the book, there is no doubt in it, from the Lord of the worlds

38-Or do they say: he has forged it? say: then bring a chapter like this and invite whom you can besides Allah, if you are truthful

PICKTHAL:

37-And this Qur’an is not such as could ever be invented in despite of Allah; but it is a confirmation of that which was before it and an exposition of that which is decreed for mankind – therein is no doubt – from the Lord of the worlds.

38-Or say they: he hath invented it? say: then bring a Surah like unto it, and call (for help) on all ye can besides Allah, if ye are truthful.

YUSUFALI:

37-This Qur’an is not such as can be produced by other than Allah; on the contrary it is a confirmation of (revelations) that went before it, and a fuller explanation of the book – wherein there is no doubt – from the Lord of the worlds.

38-Or do they say, “he forged it”? say: “bring then a sura like unto it, and call (to your aid) anyone you can besides Allah, if it be ye speak the truth!”

This is Allah (31) Allah forbids open and hidden adultery

Allah Commands: eat and drink but do not be excessive

Allah does not love those who are excessive and prodigal

Allah does not love those who are excessive

The Arabs used to forbid foods and clothes during the days of pilgrimage

The Arab Disbelievers were forbidding what Allah has not forbidden

Allah forbids open and Secret adultery

———————————————————

Many people do not know Allah. This series is an attempt to help them in order to know and acknowledge their Creator.

Verses 7:31-33 of the Noble Quran talk about:

1) Allah does not love those who are excessive and prodigal,

2) Allah Commands: eat and drink do not be excessive; He does not love those who are excessive,

3) The Arabs used to forbid themselves meat and fat during the days of pilgrimage,

4) The Arab Disbelievers were forbidding what Allah has not forbidden and

5) Allah forbids open and Secret adultery

The meaning of verse 7:31

O Children of Adam! Don your adornment, that which covers your nakedness, at every place of worship, at prayer and upon circumambulation of the Holy House in Mecca, and eat and drink, what you want, but do not be excessive; He truly does not love those who are excessive.

In other words, eat and drink, but do not be prodigal, do not declare unlawful wholesome foods.

Lo! Allah does not love the prodigals, those who transgress by leaving the lawful and going after the unlawful even in eating and drinking..

This verse puts a golden principle about relationship between the health and food; one can speculate that over-eating is not only a health problem but also it is from Satan who made the Arabs before Islam worshiped Allah while they were NAKED!  See article 33.

The meaning of verse 7:32

Say O Muhammad to the disbelievers: ‘Who has forbidden the wearing of clothes during the days of pilgrimage, in the Sacred Precinct and upon circumambulation of the Holy House in Mecca? Who has forbidden the adornment of Allah which He has brought forth for His servants, in the way of garments, and the good things, the delicious foods, and the good things of Allah’ sustenance and providing?’ For in the pre-Islamic days they used to forbid themselves meat and fat during the days of pilgrimage, and entered the Sacred Precinct completely naked: the men during the day and the women during the night. Allah made these practices unlawful.

Say: ‘These, on the Day of Resurrection, shall be exclusively for those who believed during the life of this world and the disbelievers will never have anything of that. Thus, in the Quran, We detail the signs, We explain them in such detail, for a people who know’, who reflect, for they are the ones to profit from these [signs].

In other words, all the good things, on the Day of Resurrection, will be only for those who believed during the life of the world in Muhammad and the Quran, while both believer and sinner will enjoy them during the life of this world. Allah elucidates the Quran by explaining the lawful and the unlawful for people who have knowledge, for people who believe it is from Allah.

The meaning of verse 7:33

Say) to them, O Muhammad: My Lord forbids only indecencies, grave sins, such as fornication, such of them as are apparent and such as are hidden, that is, the overt ones and the secret ones, and sin, the act of disobedience, and wrongful insolence, against people, namely, oppression, and that you associate with Allah that for which He never revealed any warrant, any definitive proof for such association, and that you say concerning Allah that which you do not know’, in the way of forbidding what He has not forbidden and other things.

In other words, Allah forbids only indecencies, adultery, (such of them as are apparent) open adultery (and such as are within) taking secret lovers, (and sin) intoxicants as the poet said: I sipped sin until my mind erred, Thus indeed does sin take away minds. I openly drank urns of sin, And between us benefiting, you see your goddess; (and wrongful oppression) unlawful overbearingness, (and that you associate with Allah that for which no warrant) no Scripture or proof (hath been revealed, and that ye tell concerning Allah that which ye know not) of forbidding crops and cattle, good things and raiment.

Verses 7:31-33in different English translations of the meanings of Arabic Quran:

QARIB:

31) Children of Adam, take your adornment at every place of prayer. eat and drink, and do not waste. he does not love the wasteful.

32) Say: ‘who has forbidden the adornment that Allah has brought for his worshipers and the good provision? ‘Say: ‘they are in this life for those who believe, and purely theirs on the day of resurrection. ‘ as such we distinguish the verses to people who know.

33) Say: ‘my lord has forbidden all indecent acts whether apparent or disguised and sin, and unjust insolence, and that you associate with Allah that for which he has never sent down an authority, or to say about Allah what you do not know. ‘

SHAKIR:

31) O children of Adam! attend to your embellishments at every time of prayer, and eat and drink and be not extravagant; surely he does not love the extravagant

32) Say: who has prohibited the embellishment of Allah which he has brought forth for his servants and the good provisions? say: these are for the believers in the life of this world, purely (theirs) on the resurrection day; thus do we make the communications clear for a people who know

33) Say: my lord has only prohibited indecencies, those of them that are apparent as well as those that are concealed, and sin and rebellion without justice, and that you associate with Allah that for which he has not sent down any authority, and that you say against Allah what you do not know

PICKTHAL:

31) O children of Adam! look to your adornment at every place of worship, and eat and drink, but be not prodigal. lo! he loveth not the prodigals.

32) Say: who hath forbidden the adornment of Allah which he hath brought forth for his bondmen, and the good things of his providing? say: such, on the day of resurrection, will be only for those who believed during the life of the world. thus do we detail our revelations for people who have knowledge.

33) Say: my lord forbiddeth only indecencies, such of them as are apparent and such as are within, and sin and wrongful oppression, and that ye associate with Allah that for which no warrant hath been revealed, and that ye tell concerning Allah that which ye know not.

YUSUFALI:

31) O children of Adam! wear your beautiful apparel at every time and place of prayer: eat and drink: but waste not by excess, for Allah loveth not the wasters.

32) Say: who hath forbidden the beautiful (gifts) of Allah, which he hath produced for his servants, and the things, clean and pure, (which he hath provided) for sustenance? say: they are, in the life of this world, for those who believe, (and) purely for them on the day of judgment. thus do we explain the signs in detail for those who understand.

33) Say: the things that my lord hath indeed forbidden are: shameful deeds, whether open or secret; sins and trespasses against truth or reason; assigning of partners to Allah, for which he hath given no authority; and saying things about Allah of which ye have no knowledge.

This is Allah (27) Allah Told Adam that Satan is his Manifest Enemy

It is both Adam and Eve who did wrong and Eve was not the Leading

The First Oath in the History was a big Lie

Satan knows very well the man’s weak point

Satan made the First nakedness in the History Manifest

Many people do not know Allah. This series is an attempt to help them in order to know and acknowledge their Creator.

Verses 7:19-22 of the Noble Quran talk about:

1) Allah told Adam that Satan is his manifest enemy,

2) It is both Adam and Eve who did wrong and Eve was not the Leading,

3) The First Oath in the History was a big Lie,

4) Satan knows very well the man’s weak point and

5) Satan made the first nakedness in the History

This series is an attempt to help them in order to know and acknowledge their Creator.

Verses 7:10-13 of the Noble Quran talk about:

1) Allah has given you power in the earth and you give little thanks,

2)Allah told the Angels to Prostrate before Adam for greeting,

3)Iblis (Satan) was the First Historically disobeyed Allah, and

4) When Satan said that he is better than Adam? And 5)

The Pride of Satan was the first Sin in the History

In the previous article (29) Allah said to Satan: Go forth from hence, degraded, rebuked, banished far from good; As for such of them, from the jinn and humans as follow you and obey you, surely I will fill hell with all of you of the disbelievers among the jinn and humans; then Allah told Adam that Satan is his enemy and …

The meaning of verse 7:19

And, Allah said, ‘O Adam, dwell, you and your wife, Eve, in the Garden, and eat from whence in Paradise you will, but do not come near this tree, to eat of it; lest you become evildoers and wrong-doers’.  In other words, do not eat from this tree lest you become of those who harm themselves.

The meaning of verse 7:20

Then Satan, Iblis, whispered to them that he might manifest, reveal, to them that which was hidden to them of their shameful parts by the attire of light (of their shame) of their nakedness. And he said, ‘Your Lord prohibited you from this tree only, in aversion, lest you become angels or become immortals’, in other words, that is the necessary consequence of eating from it, as is stated in another verse (20:120): Shall I guide you to the Tree of Immortality and a kingdom that does not waste away?

In other words, Iblis said to them: (Your Lord forbade you) O Adam and Eve (from this tree only lest ye should become angels) who teach good and evil in Paradise (or become of the immortals) in Paradise: this is why He forbade you to eat from the tree.

This indicates that Satan knows the man’s weak point and man loves to have kingdom and to be immortal

The meaning of verse 7:21

And he swore to both of them, that is, he swore to both of them by Allah, ‘Truly, I am a sincere adviser to you’, in this matter; in my oath that this is the tree of immortality.

The meaning of verse 7:22

Thus he did lead them on, to eat from the tree with guile, with falsehood and lies until they ate from it. Thus Satan did debase them in their status, by delusion, on his part.

And when they tasted of the tree their shame, their nakedness was manifest to them and they began out of shame to hide by heaping on themselves some of the leaves of the Garden.  In other words, their shameful parts were manifested to them, that is, the front private part of each was revealed to the other, as well as their behinds — each of these parts is called, ‘shameful’, because its exposure ‘shames’ that person, and they began to piece together, they began to stick, onto themselves some of the leaves of the Garden, to cover themselves up therewith.

And their Lord called them: O Adam and Eve, saying: Did I not forbid you from that tree, from eating of that tree and tell you: Lo! Satan, Iblis, is an open enemy to you whose enmity is quite manifest?

In other words, Allah called them: ‘Did I not prohibit you from this tree, and say to you, “Verily Satan is a manifest enemy to you”?’, one whose enmity is evident? Herein, the interrogative is meant as an affirmative.

————————————————————–

Verses 7:19-22in different English translations of the meanings of Arabic Quran:

QARIB:

19) ‘o Adam dwell with your wife in paradise, and eat from whatever you please; but never approach this tree or you shall both become harmdoers. ‘

20) But Satan whispered to them, so that he might reveal to them their shameful parts which had been hidden from them, he said: ‘your lord has prohibited you from this tree lest you both become angels or become among the immortal. ‘

21) He swore to both: ‘indeed, i am to you among the advisers. ‘

22) So he cheated both by delusion. and when they had tasted the tree, their shameful parts became apparent to them, and they both covered themselves with the leaves of paradise. (then) their lord called to them, saying: ‘did i not prohibit you to approach that tree, and did i not warn you that Satan was your clear enemy? ‘

SHAKIR:

19) And (we said): o Adam! dwell you and your wife in the garden; so eat from where you desire, but do not go near this tree, for then you will be of the unjust

20) But the shaitan made an evil suggestion to them that he might make manifest to them what had been hidden from them of their evil inclinations, and he said: your lord has not forbidden you this tree except that you may not both become two angels or that you may (not) become of the immortals

21) And he swore to them both: most surely i am a sincere adviser to you

22) Then he caused them to fall by deceit; so when they tasted of the tree, their evil inclinations became manifest to them, and they both began to cover themselves with the leaves of the garden; and their lord called out to them: did i not forbid you both from that tree and say to you that the shaitan is your open enemy?

PICKTHAL:

19) And (unto man): o Adam! dwell thou and thy wife in the garden and eat from whence ye will, but come not nigh this tree lest ye become wrong-doers.

20) Then Satan whispered to them that he might manifest unto them that which was hidden from them of their shame, and he said: your lord forbade you from this tree only lest ye should become angels or become of the immortals.

21) And he swore unto them (saying): lo! i am a sincere adviser unto you.

22) Thus did he lead them on with guile. and when they tasted of the tree their shame was manifest to them and they began to hide (by heaping) on themselves some of the leaves of the garden. and their lord called them, (saying): did i not forbid you from that tree and tell you: lo! Satan is an open enemy to you?

YUSUFALI:

19) “o Adam! dwell thou and thy wife in the garden, and enjoy (its good things) as ye wish: but approach not this tree, or ye run into harm and transgression.”

20) Then began Satan to whisper suggestions to them, bringing openly before their minds all their shame that was hidden from them (before): he said: “your lord only forbade you this tree, lest ye should become angels or such beings as live for ever.”

21) And he swore to them both, that he was their sincere adviser.

22) So by deceit he brought about their fall: when they tasted of the tree, their shame became manifest to them, and they began to sew together the leaves of the garden over their bodies. and their lord called unto them: “did i not forbid you that tree, and tell you that Satan was an avowed enemy unto you?”
